Guild Structure has been UPDATED & REVAMPED.
Guild Core coordenated all of our ideas and focused into a more stable and balanced RANK SYSTEM (Phase 2) 

So we had to vote to implement new features and ranks that would totally change the "ranking system" we made before (Rank system phase 1)  like we said before we were trying to find a better "ranking system" one that would please most guildies and make them part of something bigger.

 

And to show our apreciation we made elected the most honorable guildies and made a group of 10 players that coordenate and decide the future of the guild - THE GUILD CORE  and also implement a "Voting System" for all guildies that helped the most and want to be part of the guild main structure by creating- THE GUILD COUNCIL 

The "Guild Core" is a Group of 10 players: 2 Guild Founders, 3 Guildmasters , 5 Guild Leaders!
And Guild Founders and Guildmasters can become (ingame) Oficial Guildmasters with the Guild Rotation , Guild master swaps every 7 days ( same time alliance resets)

 

"Guild masters" must be AMAN MALE characters will wolf mask (wolf legion needs wolves)!
-GuildLeaders can be any race, has the same "vote value" as guild masters in guild meetings but are NOT eligible to become guildmasters (Wolf legion needs wolves as guildmasters,there no other way unless future guild meetings prove us wrong!) ingame you also need to have a "aman male character at lvl 40 or higher) this rank was implemented to balance the exclusive ranks we had for aman characters, this will motive the "union" races (high elf, human, castanic, baraka) to be part of the Guild Core!

Guild Core and Guild Council are based on players Prestige/Reputation inside the Guild! only those proven worthy can join and its also based on voting! you can only aply to guild council after a certain amount of time (first guild council perk is guild bank access)
 

To join the "GUILD COUNCIL" you MUST lvl 40 or higher and MUST send a "message/ parcel post" to the current active "guild master" your aplication will be presented to the "Guild Core" and later to the "Guild Council", and we will decide if you are worthy, we require "trustfull" and "helpfull" that respect the guild bank and want to help the guild achieve its objectives, we are aware that Guild bank contains alot of "crafting items" that will help you increase your crafting skills, but those items were gathered by guildies aswell as some items are stored in guild bank but belong to other players, remember to respect everyone and treat them as equals.

The voting system is really simple, Guild Core has a "static" weekly meeting to discuss guild improvements and priorities (unless more meetings are required) votes to aprove or disaprove new content and after deciding "what to do" we arrange a new meeting with "guild council" to explain the "meeting objectives" and then Guild Core & Guild Council Vote again to decide the guilds future.

-Guild Founder/Guild Core ( 5 influence points)

-Guild Master/Guild Core (3 influence points)
-Guild Leader/Guild Core (3 influence points)
-Guild Conselor/Guild Council ( 2 influence points)

After the "Guild Core" and "Guild Council" were aproved, we started to implement  the new ranks , we chose a hand full of trustfull & most valuable members to be part of the first "Guild Council" .
